Welcome to WL KA!

I am a West Lyon High School graduate and obtained my Masters in Elementary Education and Reading Specialist degree from the University of Sioux Falls. I am in my seventeenth year of teaching, with all but two years teaching at West Lyon. I love my job and the children and families that I have the opportunity to work with and beside every day. 

My family and I live near Inwood. My husband, Luke, and I have three boys and a daughter. Dylan is living in Miami, FL. Damon is a seventh grader at West Lyon. Dansby is in kindergarten at West Lyon this year and Daenerys will be three in October!

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family. We are often running to West Lyon sporting events cheering on the Wildcats. We also enjoy playing games, reading books together, and hanging out with cousins. I also love to run and read.
